INDIANAPOLIS (WLFI) — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Wednesday that 455 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in Indiana.
According to ISDH, 49,063 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with the coronavirus. A total of 2,539 people have died from the virus, an increase of 15. Howard County reported on new death from COVID-19 for a total of 58.
In the WLFI viewing area, new cases were reported in Cass, Clinton, Fulton, Jasper, Miami, Tippecanoe, and White.
A total of 535,857 people have been tested. The intensive care unit and ventilator capacity remain steady. As of today, nearly 39 percent of ICU beds and 84 percent of ventilators are available.
