Crawfordsville police searching for missing person

The Crawfordsville Police Department is working on a missing person case involving Crawfordsville resident James “Jimmy” Frank Popp.

CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. (WLFI) — The Crawfordsville Police Department is working on a missing person case involving Crawfordsville resident James “Jimmy” Frank Popp.

According to police, Popp was last seen on the morning of June 7 as he was heading to Indianapolis. No one has had contact with him since. Popp, 41, is 5-foot-7, 195 pounds, is bald and has brown eyes.

Popp is not wanted by the police for any reason. The local authorities also coordinating their efforts with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department since that was his last known destination.

Anyone with any information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Det. Bob Rivers at Crawfordsville Police Department at 362-3762.
