LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI)—Volunteers at Columbian Zoo are getting ready for the year's spookiest event.
Students from Purdue spent Sunday helping transform the zoo for the 15th annual Boo at the Zoo.

You can also enjoy food from a variety of vendors. The event begins Wednesday at six pm.
Zoo Education Director, Amber Frederick said this event continues to grow every year.
"Well Boo at the Zoo is a family favorite," said Frederick. "It's a great safe place for people to go with their children and enjoy Halloween activities that's spooky but not scary so it's perfect for small children. It's also an important fundraiser for the zoo."
