LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — The Central Catholic football program is back in familiar territory.

Second year head coach Brian Nay's program is headed back to the class A semi-state for the first time since the 2015 season. The Knights topped North Judson 43-17 Friday night. The win was Central Catholic's ninth victory in a row since starting the season 1-3.

Central Catholic will host Adams Central in the Class A north semi-state Friday November 23. Central Catholic senior running back/defensive back Daniel Roach will not play in next week's game, due to an ejection from the win over North Judson.

Kick-off is set for 7 PM.
