LEBANON, Ind. (WLFI) — The Boone County Health Department announced on Tuesday an outbreak of COVID-19 has happened within Signature Healthcare at Parkwood in Lebanon. According to the health department, a total of 37 residents and employees are confirmed to have COVID-19. It also states four residents have died of the virus.
A strike team from the Indiana Department of Health is currently working with Parkwood to provide support, testing, and mitigation efforts.
The Boone County Health Department said it will continue to monitor the situation.
