Nice weekend....muggy with showers & storms off & on next week....

It was a nice day with a northeast wind at 10-15 mph & highs 73-80 with low humidity (dew points 40s to 50s).

Nice weekend will give way to showers & storms Sunday night-Monday morning.

Showers & storms will last through Monday afternoon off & on over the area.

Locally-heavy rainfall is possible.

They will depart Monday evening-night with a dry, muggy period with strong southerly winds & temperatures steady around 70 all night.

A band/line of showers & storms from the west will pass Tuesday evening, followed by a drier afternoon with some clearing & highs in the 80s with a reduction in the humidity.

Late Wednesday & late Thursday show the potential of some showers/storms with highs in the 80s.

Sunday night-Thursday rainfall totals of 1-2.5" is possible.

Cooler, less humid weather should follow with highs in the 70s.
