Updated: Apr 2, 2020 4:28 PM

Lows this morning ran 28-35 with patchy to areas of fog with a heavy frost.

As of 4:30 p.m., temperatures are 58-64 with sunshine mixed with high & some mid clouds (& a light southeast wind).

Partly cloudy skies are expected tonight with lows 37-45.  A few patches of fog are possible east of Indiana 29/17 (Kirklin to Burlington to Logansport to Kewanna & eastward) where it will be coolest.

Friday looks partly cloudy to mostly cloudy with some virga (showers evaporating on the way down) in the morning, followed by a period of mostly sunny skies early in the afternoon, then partly cloudy skies late afternoon-evening.

Highs of 65-70 are likely with south-southeast to south winds at 13-24 mph.

Scattered showers are likely Saturday, especially late morning to early afternoon when coverage should peak at 50%.

Rainfall totals of 0.10-0.25" still seem likely with much of the shower action behind the cold front (in the colder air with brisk north-northwest to north winds) moving through area.

Highs will run 50-60 early, then fall to 43-50 by afternoon with mostly cloudy to cloudy skies.

They may rise to 46-51 just before sunset before falling to 32-37 Saturday night (with some patchy fog).

Sunday looks partly cloudy with highs 55-62 with a northeast wind becoming east to southeast.

Warm front should migrate northward with increasing clouds Sunday night.  Lows of 42-53 are likely with the potential of a few spotty showers/thunder.

Monday looks breezy to windy & warm with southeast to south-southwest winds at 15-25 mph & highs 71-76.  A few spotty showers & t'storms are possible.

Monday night looks warm & breezy with lows near 61 with some scattered showers & t'storms possible.

Tuesday features windy, warm, humid conditions with highs 73-77 with a few passing scattered showers & t'storms.  South-southwest winds may gust to 40 mph at times.

Windy weather continues into Tuesday night with a squall line of t'storms possible overnight to early Wednesday morning.  Temperatures will run in the 60s to around 70.

Parameters suggest SLIGHT RISK for our area.

We will see.

Any lingering shower early Wednesday morning should depart, followed by mostly cloudy skies, windy conditions & highs 65-70 early, falling to 40s to 50s by late afternoon.  West to northwest winds may gust up to 45 mph at times.

Total rainfall Monday-Wednesday morning still adds up to 0.50-1" currently.

Thursday looks cool, not as windy & partly cloudy with highs 48-55 & lows Thursday night (with clearing) at 30-35 (after 36-41 Thursday morning).

Friday features increasing clouds & highs 52-56.  Lows Friday night should run 45-50.

Some showers are possible Friday night to Saturday with highs in the 50s.
