CARROLL/WHITE COUNTIES, Ind. (WLFI) — Carroll White REMC announced its plans to shut off power at 8 a.m. Thursday morning.

Power will be shut off in this area to prevent water damage to its transformers. The outage will affect Tecumseh Bend, Horseshoe Bend, Tippecanoe Ranch Estates and Rossetter Addition.
