WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) -Purdue Police want to warn drivers of any road closures and alternate routes for the 2019 Purdue Half Marathon.
Cones and road blocks will be placed throughout the marathon route in order to keep runners and drivers safe.
Chief John Cox said the Harrison Bridge from Lafayette into West Lafayette may be the most complicated spot for traffic flow. He said drivers and runners need to be aware of their surroundings during the race.
Normal traffic flow should continue after the race wraps up at noon.
