LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — The Tippecanoe County Health Department announced Wednesday that positive COVID-19 tests have appeared in a Lafayette nursing home. According to Health Officer Dr. Jeremy Adler, sixteen residents and one employee at Rosewalk Village have tested positive.
Adler said fourteen of the residents are in isolation at Rosewalk Village and two have been hospitalized. All residents as well as 20 employees have been tested for the virus.
TCHD said they are working with Rosewalk to ensure appropriate infection control measures are in place.
