DELPHI, Ind. (WLFI) — It's been a day since Dr. Phil featured the Delphi double homicide case on his show. Since it aired, Indiana State Police said tips have been pouring in.

Wednesday's episode featured the families of Abby Williams and Libby German. The girls were found dead in February near the Delphi trails.

Sergeant Kim Riley said before the episode, they would receive two to five tips a day. Since it aired, they have received more than 140 tips.

Riley said one of his takeaways was how well the show focused on the families.

"They asked a few investigative questions and Superintendent Carter answered those questions to the best he could at the time, being it is still an ongoing investigation. But they dealt with the family side of it, how things like this actually affect the families," said Riley.

Anyone with information on the case can call the Tip Hotline at 844-459-5786.
