PUPD investigate alleged sexual assault at fraternity

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Purdue police said they've investigated an alleged sexual assault at the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity.

Police were called to the fraternity on David Ross Road in the early morning hours of Sept 18.

PUPD Chief John Cox said both the suspect and victim are Purdue students.

Cox added the case is under investigation, but has been wrapped up on their end.

It is now in the hands of the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor.

Cox would not say if anyone involved belongs to the fraternity.
