INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Local collision centers were busy Thursday morning with hundreds of cars damaged by Wednesday evening's storms.
Insurance companies were sending catastrophe teams to handle all of the claims.
Sean Schledt, owner of Indianapolis Dent Company, said he planned on calling in close to 50 technicians from across the country to begin helping with repair work.
Schledt said damage estimates so far range from $600 to $8,000.
"Makes me wish I had a garage," said Jeff Farmer as he waited in line for an estimate on his car. Farmer said he's thankful, though, his insurance policy includes a zero-deductible for hail damage.
