FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - A driver found an usual place to park his SUV Sunday night.
Shortly after 10 p.m., police were called to the 5700 block of Hatfield Road after a driver ran his SUV up a guy-wire of a utility pole.
Police said the driver was nowhere to be found when they arrived.
They are not sure how the driver ended up on the guy-wire.
Officers and a tow-truck driver were waiting for the power company to cut power to the lines. The vehicle was resting on a guy-wire connected to a pole that contained a transformer.
Hatfield Road was closed just south of Washington Center Road while the vehicle was removed from the wire.
The incident remains under investigation.
