WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Goldandblack.com reported on Friday that offensive tackle Denzel Ward verbally committed to play football at Purdue.
Ward chose the Boilers over Florida, Ohio State, and Oklahoma.
Ward is three star prospect that is 6-foot-9 and weighs 285 pounds. He had formerly committed to Michigan.
He currently attends IMG Academy in Florida.
Purdue has five commitments in its 2014 class.
Inventions were built by Purdue mechanical engineering students for a final class project.
