WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Former Purdue Boilermaker Chris Kramer is taking time out of his busy schedule this week to host a basketball camp.
The Former Huntington North High School standout said he never expected to to be paid to play basketball, which is why he decided to return this summer to teach players in a local basketball camp.
Kramer is trying to provide the Huntington County kids an opportunity to achieve greatness in life if they do not limit themselves or their expectations.
Helping Kramer this week are two of his former Purdue teammates Dru Anthrop and Robbie Hummel.
Kramer and Hummel talked about playing overseas and continuing to chase their childhood dream of playing in the NBA.
Donations are being accepted to help around 300 seniors receive a holiday gift.
Donations are needed for Food Finders Food Bank to aim at matching a grant that would match funds up to $20,000.
