TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WLFI) - Indiana's baseball team earned its first trip in school history to the College World Series on Sunday with an 11-6 win over No. 7 Florida State.
It's the first time that a Big Ten team has made the World Series since 1984. This was just the third trip to the NCAA Tournament for the Hoosiers and they have made the most of it.
Indiana's Will Coursen-Carr (5-0) pitched four innings of relief, allowing just one earned run. He picks up the win for the Hoosiers.
Indiana is 48-14 on the season.
