INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WLFI) - Former Purdue Boilermaker and current Indiana Fever guard Katie Douglas will miss several more weeks due to a bulging disk in her lower back.
She originally missed the Fever's game against New York on June 5. She then missed the Phoenix, Connecticut, and Washington games.
Douglas went through more tests this week which showed she needed to receive more therapy and rest.
Douglas has played in two games this season. She is averaging 17.5 points and 2.5 rebounds per contest.
Inventions were built by Purdue mechanical engineering students for a final class project.
