WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - The McCutcheon Mavericks and Harrison Raiders battled it out all day long in a boys/girls sectional final doubleheader. After two hard fought rivalry games, the Mavericks left both games with the hardware.
The Central Catholic Knights volleyball team finished the day as Hoosier Conference Champions. The Knights hosted this years tournament and finished the day 2-0.
In high school football the Attica Red Ramblers returned to action against Milford Township. Attica held on for the 21-14 victory to improve its record to 5-3.

State police are warning Indiana residents about a phone scam that has been reported in central Indiana where grandparents are swindled out of money by con artists who tell them about a fake emergency.
