TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - Two children are recovering in an Indianapolis hospital after a fatal crash in Tippecanoe County Wednesday night.
A spokeswoman for Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health says 3-year-old Elizabeth Crutchfield is critical, but stable. 18-month-old William Hicks is stable.
The wreck happened at the intersection of U.S. 231 and County Road 500 North. Deputies said 20-year-old Jordan Hicks was on 500, disregarded a stop sign, and hit a truck on 231.
Jordan Hicks was pronounced dead at the scene.
