LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - One woman was taken to the hospital Tuesday after she ran a stop sign and hit another car head on.
Lafayette police say it happened early Tuesday evening at the intersection of 16th and Adams Streets.
Officers say Yolanda Ray failed to stop at a stop sign on Adams and hit a car. Both vehicles came to rest in separate yards.
Ray was transported to IU Health Arnett Hospital with complaints of pain. The other driver was not injured.
