LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A West Lafayette man who was critically injured in a single vehicle crash Sunday morning has died.
23-year-old Daniel Kline was pronounced dead at 1 a.m. Wednesday at IU Health Arnett Hospital. His family tells News 18 he donated four major organs to four different people.
Kline was a 2008 graduate of West Lafayette High School and spent four years at Purdue.
State police said he was driving north on I-65 just after 7 a.m. Sunday when he went off the road and down a steep embankment rolling his car at least one time. According to Sate Troopers, evidence suggested he was driving under the influence of alcohol.
