INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WLFI) - The K105 radiothon benefiting Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health in Indianapolis is being called a huge success.
The event raised $103,244 this year for the hospital. That's around $2,000 more than last year.
This was the 8th year for the event that spends 24 hours across two days raising money and support for the nearly 240,000 kids that are treated at Riley each year.
As Purdue classes end for the semester, campus bar representatives and local law enforcement met to discuss what they noticed during the semester.
