WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Congratulations to Purdue student Taylor Adams, who was selected as this year's 500 Festival Queen. The Indianapolis native was crowned this weekend during the annual "Breakfast at the Brickyard."
Adams is currently a junior at Purdue, majoring in public relations and advertising. As queen, she wins a $2500 dollar scholarship. She will also be making various appearances this week and on Race Day.
She will continue to represent the 500 Festival throughout the year.
