LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Lafayette police advised people to avoid the area of N. 24th and Elk streets in Lafayette on Sunday afternoon after a car wreck took down a live power line.
The intersection opened back up around 4 p.m. Sunday.
Lafayette police said a preliminary investigation shows a couple was having a domestic dispute in the car before the wreck.
There were no injuries.
A Lafayette man is jailed without bond following a series of attacks by his pit bull.
