LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A motorcyclist is in the hospital after a driver fails to see him.
It happened around 10 a.m.
According to Lafayette Police, the driver of the car was heading north on 29th Street trying to cross Kossuth Street.
They said the driver didn't see the motorcycle heading west on Kossuth. The motorcycle hit the car and the driver of the motorcycle was thrown from the bike.
Police said the driver of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Kossuth Street was closed between 28th and 30th Streets for about 40 minutes while crews cleared the scene.
