WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - As summer comes to an end, Tapawingo Park held one last art festival Sunday.
More than 40 artist set up shop for the 8th annual Art on Wabash.
This year, the event also featured a wine garden and live music.
Some of the art on display included pottery, glass work and paintings.
Art on Wabash committee chair Beverly Shaw said the beautiful weather is a perfect compliment to all of the art.
"We've got about nine or 10 new artists. Some of them have never been in an art fair before. That's one of our goals, to draw out new artists. It really helps encourage people that have maybe not done this to figure out how to set up a booth," said Shaw.
To have an art booth at the Art on Wabash, artists must register to have their work judged.
Registration for the event is $15.
