CARROLL COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - A Cutler man was arrested and is facing criminal confinement and battery charges.
Indiana State Police said they arrested 25-year-old Billy Davis after he was accused of tackling an ex-girlfriend outside of his home after they got into an argument.
Investigators said Davis then damaged the woman's cell phone, took her keys and then beat her inside his home.
They said the woman was able to get away and contact police about six hours later.
Davis is currently being held in the Carroll County Jail.
