LOGANSPORT, Ind. (WLFI) - Logansport Memorial Hospital (LMH) will soon see new a chiefexecutive officer (CEO).
David Ameen will officially become president and CEO at thehospital's August 23 board meeting.
Ameen holds a Master of Science degree in Health ServicesAdministration and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
Interim CEO Alan Biggs will now return to his role as ChiefOperating Officer in mid-October once Ameen begins his newrole.
“David’s knowledge of free standing hospitals,financial management, strategic planning, quality, physicianrelations and the insurance industry is a great fit for us at thistime,” said Todd Weinstein, MD, Chairman of the LogansportMemorial Hospital Board of Trustees.
Ameen and his wife plan to move to Cass County this fall.
