LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Are you particularly pleased with an aspect of Lafayette? Is there something the city has done to dissatisfy you? Either way, now, there's an easy, accessible way to make your concerns heard.
The City of Lafayette has kick-started a customer satisfaction survey. Each department within the city has paper surveys that are available for customer and citizen responses.
The city wants to know "how it's doing" and that it is providing good customer service.
All responses (hard and email copies) will go directly to Mayor Tony Roswarski. You can find the survey online at Lafayette's website.
Hard copies that are submitted are to be placed in locked boxes located throughout various departments, or mailed to Mayor Roswarski at 20 N. Sixth St., Lafayette, IN 47901.
For more information, contact the mayor at 765-807-1000 or city clerk Cindy Murray at 765-807-1021.
