LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Kenneth Eller, 29, of Lafayette received a 9-year-sentence for manufacturing meth.
Prosecutors say police were called to Midlex Court last November because a woman wanted Eller to leave and he wouldn't.
Officers spotted items used to make meth in plain view and in Eller's pockets.
Eller later told officers about a backpack in the backyard where they found an active meth lab inside.
He was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison and 18 months probation.
