DAYTON, Ind. (WLFI) - The Alzheimer's Care Coalition is hosting the 6th annual Caregivers Conference on Thursday, August 2.
The conference will be from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Dayton United Methodist Church at 7201 Wesleyan Drive in Dayton, Indiana. It's about 10 minutes south of the Tippecanoe Mall in Lafayette.
The conference will offer several sessions related to making your caregiving the most helpful. It will also provide insight into different activities that work throughout the stages of dementia.
The conference is free.
CEUs are available for a fee of $10 for those working on their Dementia Certification. The conference will also feature a variety of vendor booths, breakfast, lunch and lots of time to network with other caregivers.
