BROOKSTON, Ind. (WLFI) - A barn containing hay and old farm machinery was ruled a total loss after a fire late Sunday evening in Brookston.
Brookston Fire Chief Willis Johnson said firefighters arrived on scene just before 10:00 p.m. to a residence near County Roads East 1150 South and South 500 East.
The fire was completely extinguished in under four hours. Firefighters cleared the scene by 1:30 a.m. Monday morning.
