EFFINGHAM, Ill. (WLFI) - Investigators are turning to the public in hopes of solving a 10-month-long unidentified person case in Illinois.
According to Illinois State Police, on March 10 of 2012, the remains of an unidentified adult male were located in rural Newton, Ill. (Jasper County).
It's believed the individual could be Caucasian, Asian, Native American or Latino. He's estimated to be between 35 and 50 years of age and roughly 5 foot 3 inches to 5 foot 8 inches tall.
The FBI has completed a facial approximation of how the man may have looked, which you can see in the image accompanying this story.
