ATTICA, Ind. (WLFI) - Four fire departments came together to battle a fire in Attica Thursday evening.
Attica Fire Chief Ed O'Farrell said the fire began around 6 p.m. on the 1100 block of Brady Street at a structure that used to have a real estate business in the front of the building and residence in the back. Investigators believe the fire started in the residence, near the stove.
Crews had the fire extinguished in about 30 minutes. There were no injuries and a resident and three pets made it out safely.
O'Farrell said Attica, Williamsport, West Point and Mellott fire departments were all on the scene.
