WARREN COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - A Warren County Jail inmate who escaped Saturday morning has been found.
Sheriff Rusty Hart said Gary Conner, 27, was located just before 7 p.m. Tuesday in Fountain County.
Hart said his deputies, as well as U.S. marshals, went to several locations throughout the afternoon before finding Conner off County Road 1400 North and 820 East, just west of the Tippecanoe County line. Deputies also located a meth lab in the area.
He said Danny Horton, who is wanted on a failure to appear warrant out of Warren County in connection with drug charges, has been assisting Conner since his escape.
Sheriff Hart said Horton is still on the loose and is considered dangerous. He said he is believed to be in the Lafayette or Fountain County areas. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Warren County Sheriff's Office at (765) 762-2449.
