LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A Lafayette man faces drug-related charges after prosecutors said he sold Xanax and Lortab pills to an undercover officer.
Prosecutors said Jonathan Thomas sold the drugs on three different occasions in July and August 2012.
They said he had the officer drive him to the 18th Street Walgreens to get the Xanax pills.
Prosecutors said he sold those pills to the officer at 18th and Erie Streets which is near the Dennis Burton Child Care and Hanna Park properties.
He faces multiple dealing and possession of a controlled substance charges.
