HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - A Hamilton County Young Republicans chairman and attorney was arrested for driving under the influence Sunday morning.
Officials say officers stopped Marietto "Mario" Massillmany's vehicle in the 5300 block of East 96th Street around 7:37 a.m.
When officers approached the vehicle, they could smell alcohol on Massillmany.
Officers arrested Massillmany on preliminary charges of operating while intoxicated. He was taken to the Hamilton County Jail and later released on bond.
Massillamany also has a previous conviction for drunken driving.
