LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Lafayette police are asking for the public's help in finding a man wanted for breaking probation after pleading guilty to neglect of a dependent.
Thirty-nine-year-old John Lusebrink is the subject of this week's Fugitive Search. Police said he is 5 feet 10 inches tall, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Officers said in 2010, Lusebrink was arrested for neglect of a dependent and being a habitual offender. He was sentenced to prison time and probation.
The court has recently revoked his probation so a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
"He violated one of his terms of probation. Typical terms of probation are good and lawful behavior, don't get arrested, don't use alcohol, don't enter a bar or tavern. Maybe in this case, it might be attend parenting classes, something like that," said Matt Devine with LPD.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Lafayette Police Department or the anonymous We-Tip Hotline at 1-800-78-CRIME.
