TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - A Lafayette man accused of murder was deemed not guilty Friday.
Fifty-two-year-old Kevin Adams has been on trial this week for the shooting and killing of Robbie Rudicle II at Adams' home last October.
Defense attorneys said the two men were both having an intimate relationship with Jennifer Armstead, who they both met while she was a dancer at Filly's Gentlemen's Club in Lafayette.
Adams' attorneys were arguing Rudicle was killed in self-defense on Adams' part.
