SEATTLE (WLFI) - Charges have been filed against the man accused of killing a Kokomo couple in Seattle this week.
Dennis and Judith Schulte, along with their daughter-in-law and newborn grandchild, were crossing the street when they were hit by a suspected drunken driver this past Monday.
Dennis and Judith were killed and their daughter-in-law and grandchild are currently listed in critical condition.
Mark Mullan, the accused driver, is facing charges of vehicular homicide, assault and reckless driving.
He faces up to 19 years in prison.
His blood alcohol level at the time of the crash was nearly three times the legal limit.
