NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - Indiana State Excise Police officers arrested 68 people at the Kenny Chesney concert Thursday night at Klipsch Music Center.
Of the 68 people arrested, 61 were minors. Seven of the arrested were under the age of 18.
Six people were charged with providing a minor with alcohol. Three minors were arrested for possession of a fake ID. One juvenile was cited for possession of tobacco.
"The Indiana State Excise Police will be a presence at Klipsch Music Center throughout its scheduled events," Superintendent Matt Strittmatter said. "Working in cooperation with the management and employees of Klipsch Music Center, we will continue to promote a safe environment for those attending the music venue through the enforcement of Indiana laws."
The Eli Young Band and Kacey Musgraves also performed at the concert.
State police are warning Indiana residents about a phone scam that has been reported in central Indiana where grandparents are swindled out of money by con artists who tell them about a fake emergency.
