Insurance companies vary, and so do their benefits from one employer to the next.  Your insurance coverage is based upon the contract between your employer and your insurance company.  In most situations, cosmetic dentistry is not a benefit that is covered by insurance.  While they may cover a portion of a tooth that requires treatment, they will most likely not cover procedures to give one a beautiful smile.
