FORT HOOD, Texas (AP) - A questionnaire likely will be sent this week to potential military jurors in the murder trial of the Army psychiatrist charged in the 2009 Fort Hood shooting rampage.

A military judge decided Thursday on the questions for the jury pool to answer and return a month before Maj. Nidal Hasan's court-martial starts Aug. 20. Fort Hood officials say the judge's decision came after prosecutors and defense attorneys submitted 350 questions. It's unclear how many were rejected.

Fort Hood officials say some questions on the form are related to the death penalty, Hasan's religion and ethnicity.

Hasan is an American-born Muslim. He faces the death penalty if convicted of 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder in the shootings on the Central Texas Army post.
