HEZHANG COUNTY, China (CNN/CCTV) — Rescue workers had a delicate situation on their hands as they tried to free a boy's from a concrete guard rail in southwest China.
The boy stuck his head through the guardrail, but couldn't pull it back out.
Crews uses the Jaws of Life to expand the hole, careful to guard the boy against any debris that was loosened while freeing his head.
Remarkably, the child didn't have any major injuries.
