Driver ticketed in HOV lane using teddy bear

PORTLAND, Ore. (CNN/KATU) - An Oregon woman was ticketed for driving in a HOV lane all because of her passenger.
Scarlett Zibritovsky and her sidekick teddy bear were buckled in when she was caught breaking the law.
"I'm rolling by in my car driving. I turn, see a motorcycle cop. I have this huge smile on my face 'cause I was like, yep, I'm getting a ticket right now," she said.
She was hit with a $260 ticket.
