NEW YORK (AP) - You can bet Katie Holmes' divorce attorney will be taking a close look at the Forbes list of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood. Tom Cruise tops the list, making an estimated $75 million in the past 12 months.

Johnny Depp's ex, Vanessa Paradis, will also probably share in the $30 million he made. Depp is tied for seventh with Will Smith.

Leonardo DiCaprio ranks second with $36 million, followed by Dwayne Johnson, Ben Stiller, Sacha Baron Cohen and Mark Wahlberg.

"Twilight" rivals Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson are tied for tenth with $26.5 million each.
