Wright wins Women's City Tournament

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - The Women's City Golf Tournament wrapped up on Sunday at Coyote Crossing. Round one of the tournament was played at the Elks on Saturday.
Rose Foster led the field after round one with a 79. Foster shot an 86 on Sunday to finish the tournament tied for third place along with Samantha Hatter and Lisa Beutler.
Ashley Wright shot an 84 on Saturday but she stormed back at Coyote Crossing to finish the tournament with an overall score of 160. That score was good enough to give her the tournament win. Kate Burklow finished in second place with a 162.
