Soldati picked as USA diving coach

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Purdue head diving coach Adam Soldati was chosen as an official member of the USA Diving coaching staff. He will be traveling to England for the 2012 FINA Diving World Cup in February.

Former Purdue diver David Boudia earned a spot on the USA Diving team that is headed to England for the World Cup, set for Feb. 20-26 in London. He will compete in the 10-meter platform events, both individually and in the synchronized competition with partner Nick McCrory.

Boudia's ultimate goal is to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Boudia continues to train with Soldati and Boudia remains a regular at the Boilermaker Aquatic Center although he no longer competes for the Purdue.
