HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. (AP) — Nicole Elmblad had 14 points and 10 rebounds last night as Michigan beat Indiana 67-40 in the first round of the Big Ten Conference women's tournament. Rachel Sheffer added 12 points for the Wolverines, who move on to face No. 4 seed Michigan State today. Jasmine McGhee led the 12th-seeded Hoosiers with 12 points.

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Notre Dame's Skylar Diggins is one of three unanimous selections to the All-Big East team. Diggins was joined on the first team yesterday by Fighting Irish teammate Natalie Achonwa. Connecticut's Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis and South Florida's Andrea Smith were the other unanimous picks.

AMHERST, Mass. (AP) — Rotnei Clarke and Kameron Woods scored 17 points apiece last night as Butler topped Massachusetts 73-62. Kyle Marshall added 14 points and Andrew Smith had a double-double for the Bulldogs, who ended a two-game skid. Terrell Vinson led UMass with 17 points.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Jeff Saturday retired as an Indianapolis Colts player yesterday and immediately joined the organization that brought him into the league. Saturday spent the first 13 years of his career in Indy before signing with Green Bay last year. Colts owners Jim Irsay says Saturday will now work in the team's marketing and community relations department.
